His time in mission-critical environments fostered a deep understanding of reliability, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and operational risk.
Building on this foundation, Mike transitioned to the life sciences sector, where he directed facilities operations, engineering, and capital projects in support of GMP manufacturing environments. His focus was not only on keeping these facilities operational, but also on enhancing system reliability, simplifying maintenance, reducing lifecycle costs, and ensuring that projects could be efficiently operated and maintained long after construction.
